Annual spaces are valid from Oct. 1st until Oct. 1st. You can park your caravan here with no worries. Under german law this is illegal on certain sites.

Spring and autumn seasons:
If you take a parking space for the complete spring season (Mar. 31st until June. 23th) or autumn season (Aug. 25th until Oct. 31st) there will be no further charges (power, water, etc.). This offer is for two persons.

Long time stays:
If you stay longer than 21 days during the spring or autumn seasons you receive a discount of 10% from the total cost. As mentioned before you can park your caravan here with no worries and will be charged a nominal fee of 5€ per day when unoccupied.
