Glossary - Where can I find what?

The pitch is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated by 12:00 noon at the latest. On the day of arrival, the mobile home is available from 16:30. On the day of departure, the mobile home must be vacated by 9:30 a.m. and the keys must be handed in at reception.

Barrier-free toilets are located at the beach hall and in the C-place sanitary facilities. There is also a level beach exit at the DLRG building. Not all rooms on our site are accessible with a wheelchair or walker, so the site is only partially suitable for people with disabilities.

Beach it is a natural and sandy beach situated on a steep coast

The Beach Club is located opposite the EDEKA - Ostseemarkt. Admission from 16 years.

Bicycles can be rented at the tourist information during opening hours. E-bikes via the reception. Please reserve them at least one day in advance.

The cleaning machines for cassette toilets are located at both sanitary buildings and next to the large parking lot (on the camper site) (chargeable: 1x 2 € coin ).

The Camper Lounge is located above the reception and is open during reception hours.

You will find a large chessboard in front of the DLRG building.

The "Cinemaxi" is located in the "Wiesengrund" next to the underground car park. The cinema program is in the animation schedule.

In the main dining room A-seat, with 2 dishwashers (for a fee). Great kitchen with seating. As well as in the camper lounge above the reception.

Barbecue is allowed on the pitch. Please use only charcoal or briquettes. Open fire is not allowed. Please dispose of only cold charcoal/ash as residual waste "Not on the site".

A hairdresser is located in the main sanitary building by the lake road. For opening hours, please refer to the notice board.

Can be rented at reception by the hour depending on availability.

You will find the diving school at the main sanitary building of the A area.

This is located adjacent to the nudist beach. Please use the companionway at the Seeschwalbenweg. Dogs are to be kept on a leash until the designated dog beach. Before going to the beach, please visit the dog area. There are seven doggie restroom stations scattered around the grounds. Please use them.

E-cars can be rented at the tourist information. E-mail: info@waabs.de / Tel. 01525- 7296486. A charging station is available in the large parking lot. Per kW/h you have to pay 57ct. Payment options: Credit card, EC card or PayPal.

Information about events on and around the campsite can be obtained at the reception/tourist info or are posted in the showcases.

Information about surrounding destinations can be obtained at the tourist information office.

Unfortunately, the extension of the length of stay can not be guaranteed. However, we will try to meet your wishes. Feel free to ask at the reception.

Next to the tourist info. Opening hours in the main season, small garbage place for household garbage daily from 9:15 a.m. to 6:00p.m., the big garbage place daily from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00a.m.. Garbage can be dropped off free of charge at our garbage yard during opening hours. Bulky waste, electronic waste, paints and varnishes cannot be accepted. Please follow the instructions of the staff: It is compulsory to separate waste on the campsite.

Gas bottles can be purchased or exchanged daily during reception opening hours.

On the campsite there are 2 restaurants, a snack bar, a beer garden and a beach club.

The gym is located in the Camper Lounge and can be used during the opening hours of the reception (fee: € 3.50 /day, 12 / weekly or monthly cards available; children accompanied by an adult).

The indoor playground is located in the beach hall (next to the swimming pool).

Information is always available at the reception and tourist information.

The internet connection with a youth protection filter is generally free of charge, a faster connection can be purchased at reception.

The animation plans are available at the reception and tourist information, these can be viewed via QR code or in the showcases.

Please return any found items to the Tourist Information Office immediately.

Ostseecampingplatz Familie Heide does not accept parcels and packages from guests. Please only have parcels forwarded to our tourist information office in absolute emergencies and by prior arrangement (e.g. medication/medical equipment). Otherwise, parcels must be sent to the packing stations/branches in the area. Letters can still be sent to our address.

The miniature golf course is located at the event site. You can get the equipment at the tourist information.

In the camper lounge you will find a large selection of instruments for making music. You can get the key for the music room at the reception. This is issued by the hour. (Children must be accompanied by an adult). Music lessons on demand.

Night rest begins at 22:00 and ends at 7:00 in the morning. During this time there is an absolute ban on driving, music, loud conversations that could disturb any neighbors. The night watch must be obeyed.

In the large parking lot in front of the barrier, subject to charge. Payment before exit, 2.5 hours free of charge. From 2.5 hours 3,- € Each additional hour 1,- € In case of problems with the paid parking lot, please contact "post@parkraumservice.de" directly. The car belongs on the parking space, please plan the car on the parking space when booking. Maximum 1 car per parking space.

Daily night rest from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and midday rest from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. must be observed. During this time, the barriers are closed and any noise-producing activity must cease.

The EDEKA - Ostseemarkt is located in the entrance area of the campsite. A bakery is attached.

A surf school is located on the beach by the DLRG beach exit.

The swimming pool with saunas is located at the entrance area opposite the reception.

The table tennis tables are located in front of the Heideby Hall. You can rent the equipment at the tourist information.

If you have visitors, please announce them at the reception. From a visitor duration of 1 hour a person fee is due. This fee depends on the season.

You will find a laundry room in the main sanitary building, in the Heideby sanitary building and in the C-place sanitary building. You will need individual euro coins for each washing and drying cycle.

During the season, samples are taken every 14 days by the Institute of Oceanography and carefully tested.

The saunas are located in the swimming pool. The opening hours are posted there and tickets can be purchased at the reception/tourist information.

Up to 3 MBit/s with youth protection filter free of charge, you will be logged out once a day, but can log in again immediately free of charge. If you have problems logging in, enter login.lan1.de on your website. If this does not work either, please contact the LAN1 hotline, which manages the network. Phone +49 (0)40/317666666. The free WLAN has a youth protection filter. The 3 MBit/s are sufficient to check emails, use online banking, Facebook or WhatsApp. If you want more data volume to stream movies or use a Playstation, you can buy various data packages, these tickets are available at the reception.

Chill area for teenagers is located next to the Beach Club. Camper Active Center above the swimming pool, from 12 years. With table football, air field hockey, e-darts, fun bowling alley, billiards and much more. A VR Arena with various games, an escape room and a VR rollercoaster can be found above the swimming pool; tickets are available from reception. Admission from 10 years.
